I have a possible deal for a Hud fixer upper in San Antonio. I don’t know any contractors in the area since I live in Hawaii. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to checkout San Antonio’s REI group. It is mostly dead forum, but you may find recommendations. I am in San Antonio but I have not used any contractors yet to recommend one.
