Portfolio Flip

I have 2 portfolios that I am referring to an investor, can anyone tell what the best way (besides an NCND) to protect my interests during the referral & sale process?

A portfolio flip is actually a pretty good idea. I never thought of it really. You could market to people who own say 5-10 properties seeing if they’d be interested in selling their whole portfolio. I’d imagine a lot of times people who own rental houses would want out all at once.
