POLL: S CORP., C CORP. OR LLC?

Please feel free to explain why you preferre one corporation over the others.

Since an LLC can elect to be treated for tax purposes as a corporation (whether C-corp or S-corp), your poll is slightly flawed.

Your question is much too broad. Different entities are appropriate for different sitautions. I’d narrow the question (e.g. - flips? Sub2 with L/O exit?, etc.).

I primarily do flips and I like the LLC as it has protection from both inside and outside liability.

BUT LLC does not reduce social security tax. S-Corp (or LLC taxed as an S-Corp) or LP may be the way to go, see my article on choice of entity for why that is so.
