staged or vacant…or maybe i should put another option “doesnt’ matter”.
here’s what goes through my mind.
- showing a staged house allows you to paint pictures of possibilities in peoples minds.
-showing vacant houses allows them to brainstorm and dream of the possibilities they have in mind.
Vacant.
Always hated that stagey fussy crap that is supposed to make you feel good. It just makes me want to break something.
