Zillow and Trulia are the only two true actual listing websites and since the both syndicate listings they get the data from the MLS system or other listing websites that propagate data into their syndicating system!
Facebook and LinkedIn are not listing services, do not syndicate and are basically a social networking system, but you have to provide information as otherwise both systems do not go out to find data!
