Greetings,

I’m a newer investor living on Hilton Head Island, SC.

It’s still a little difficult getting through to the 1300 Realtors we have here. Add to that fact, sellers are still being unrealistic about home values. (Coincidence…I think not :biggrin) We still have a good 13 months of home inventory and 36 months of villa/condo inventory.

I’m gonna keep my forehead to the grindstone working on that first deal.

Darin, same here in SW Mi. Home values have droped 12% in just the past year yet some people think there homes are worth more. Unbelieveable. Homes for rent all over to.

Hi,

I’m from New Hampshire. Prices have declined here. There seem to be plenty of potential deals to choose from but while I am well versed in the finance area (mtg finance for 15 years) I haven’t been able to put my first deal together. On the lending side of things there has been more activity with people looking for financing, which is good for banks, etc., because that means that there is stil a pulse…

I used to live in NH 6yrs ago. I am in NY now, but I am thinking of relocating back to Boston.

Things are kinda slow for “ME” here in the big apple. If any here is from NY, get at me.
