Please suggest some good books to read.

Hello,
I am new to this forum and I am looking for any resources that y’all might know about. I am looking for good books to detail out the benefits, pros and cons, and pitfalls of lease options, owner financing, and sub-to deals. I am also looking for books that explain in detail the tax implications of these types of deals. Finally, I am looking for books that explain new kinds of deals like 1031 exchanges, land contract installment payments, and wraps. I know that this is a lot but I appreciate any advise.
