I will be 17 next month and I was wondering if anyone could tell me something. I found 4 houses for under $2650 on

They are near to where I live. My question is why are they so cheap, and which do you prefer, and how can I get a loan for rehabing???

If you do a search for realty trac, you will find their info is outdated.
The data for these homes was entered in 2006 - the oldest being July of 2006, over 8 months ago.

Which means they’re probably still REO.

You need to drive over there and find out if they’re listed with an agent.

They all look pretty crappy to me, I wouldn’t waste my time.
