I have a property under contract that I was intending on purchasing but financing fell through and now I am looking to wholesale the property. Where do I go to post it.
The property is located in Houston TX (heights) and I have it for 270K ARV is about 450K.
I am looking to make 20-30K on this. I have title work already done, comps emailed from an appraiser, survey.
Please help me coz I need to get a buyer asap.
Also so how do I do this tell them that its for sale and 270 and I want 30k or just bump the price to incorporate my fees.
I hate to completely loose after all the work I’ve done.
