I am learning this industry very quickly, but I am still having difficulty find the “buyer”/“assignment” contracts. (If those names are wrong, please correct me.) You write a standard contract (State or otherwise) between you and seller and you do an assignment of contract agreement between you and your buyer or use Transactional Funding and a standard contract between you and your buyer depending upon circumstances and profit potential.

The best thing to do is to connect with an investor friendly title company that you want to do your closings with. They will be able to provide you with their standard contracts. This will be specific to your market and much better than something you find online.
