Here is an idea that I am considering. I have access to over 100,000 from a line of credit. I was thinking of setting up an LLC and buying several pieces of land with the cash. Then renting them for Mobile Homes. The plan is that I would buy 5 and then rent them out.
Here is the main question, once they are paid and rented out - would the LLC then be able to take out a commercial loan (blanket) (cash out) and include all of the rental income to qualify for the loan so I can get some of the cash back to continue investing?
