Hi have a lot of land that i have acquired that i want to put into a land trust
and wanted to know if i take the contract through a title or do i record the land trust contract with the county?
This is my 1st time using a land trust & wanted to make sure that i am following the contract steps
from my understanding i should go through title and not record it in the county records…
Can someone please give me feedback
