So what are some options for getting comparable sales figures if you’re BRAND SPANKING NEW at this? (idea being birddogging or assigning contracts; too broke to invest as yet). I’m hoping for some way to do it that doesn’t depend on a third party – real estate agent, what have you. I’m an independent minded cuss, I guess. I like to find my own information.
Do the comps take into account things like being located on waterfront in a place where waterfront is really desireable?
Their program doesn’t work on either my Internet Explorer nor my Mozilla Firefox browser. It just loops around and around after you input the address. Anyone else have that problem?
