I heard Allegheny West and East Falls were good areas for revitalization, but what do you guys know about South Phila? Is it moving in the right direction?

South Philly had a spike within the last 6 years. Houses that went for 60K 5 years ago are now worth 260K. I targeted the area around Front St to 4th and Oregon to Washington. Al ot of those house were gutted years ago and are worth a lot now, but there are some that are asking 300K that need to be gutted. I just don’t see it as profitable now.
Interesting…That reallis only a small cross section of South Philyl if I’m not mistaken but point well taken… What about the rest of south philly like between front and oregon between 10th and 20th??
