I have a question. Is it possible to get a mortgage if you only work a part time job? Decent hourly contract, but not 40 hours.

It is going to depend on a couple of things such as length of time at your part-time job, gross income from the job, etc… Most lenders will also allow you to use the rental income reported on the appraisal as operatinbg income. So if the other units are fully occupied it will help with your debt to income ratio requirement. Hope this helps.
