Parking Lot

Not that I’m currently considering this investment, but I’m kind of curious if any of you have had success investing in parking lots/structures… probably not the “highest and best” use of a property, but it would be interesting to see what the income vs. expense looks like on these kind of deals.

Parking lots are very good income if you can find one or afford one near a restaurant, shopping center, ball field, or wal-mart.

Parking lots can be a good source of income. I am also planning to venture into this type of business. A friend of mine said that I just need a good lot with less competition.
