Looking for recommendation for a RE lawyer & a paralegal in AZ… prefer Yavapai co
Bought 4 acres that was spilt off another parcel that came from another big piece years ago & to my knowledge there was no mention of a utility easement in the escrow
title co has sent me results of their research & there is an ‘undefined’ utility easment from about 50-60 years ago
elec. for property next to us runs across out 4 acres. The guy that owns next door is a real jerk. there is a closer transformer now that the area is developed.
I am doing more research but want to be prepared
