Ihave a meeting with the homeowner Monday afternoon and need to know what paperwork needs to be done. I have the letter of Autorization only ,so far.She is anxious to get the ball rolling.
Contractor is preparing an estimate by Wednesday.
Lender to fax SS kit .
I have a hardship story I can type for her signature.
