I’m a new investor and I just got off the phone with a seller. He is open to discuss a lease option. We should be meeting the Sat. He is asking $730,000 for the house. When he mentioned $730,000 my mind went blank.
I am in NM. The seller owns the home free and clear. He has taken out an equity loan to build a new house. The equity payment is $800/m. What do you suggest?

Being new, this is a fairly tough deal to get into. But if you know investors in your area, bring them into the deal for a 10% finders fee. Someone with a great deal of experience could turn this into a profitable investment.
