Just contacted by a seller with 13 properties to despose of. If his figures are correct he has great figures on them below the 65% :bobble
- would like to get them all in one package and sell them as a package.
Would that be seperate contracts for each home with addendum that states all or none? With 13 closings?
But would I make more money

but then that leads to (because I don’t have the funds to purchase them out right) that the initial contract would not go through UNLESS I was able to sell all 13 in my allotted time frame… :banghead
He is 4 hours from me… so it would be an effort to go see them all but worth it if I can get through to the final senerio…they always say have an exit plan… then again I don’t want to “analize till paralized” either…
Wish I had one of you right next door to brainstorm with :biggrin I think you can see from this the way my brain works (?) kind of a tinkerer with all and a master of none… very aggrevating, if I do say so myself :argue
