As I mentioned in my prior post, I like C properties. I was corrected and they are “D” properties. If you are looking for a good investement, you may want to look in Johnstown PA. Here are two sites you can look at:

I have been buying properties (Duplex) in Johnstown for past 7 years. As there is in all area’s, there are good & bad in Johnstownalso. I have found good locations, rents are good, taxes are low. If you have any questions about this area, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I generally like to keep my areas on the downlow since there is already too much competition from other buyers at times…

If it is a area which I am just starting to research , then no, I would not post. I agree with you competition at times can be tough. I limit my exposure to any one area. I also felt others could benefit, plus these area’s have a lot to offer.
