What are the consquences of saying you will be an owner occupant but in reality you are purchasing the home for rental property. I have money to put down but I would perfer to keep my money in my pocket for improvements or emergency. I plan on purchasing my first property in Jan 07 but I’m just doing some research after 4 years of prep time. I have heard of 100% investor financing but not an expert on the terms of the agree. Please help.

I totally agree I just wanted to know. I would like to go about things the right way. Is there a such thing as 100% financing for investors? Also how much do you have to put down as an investor? Also what do you consider a good buy because I am extremely excited about the purchasing my first property. I have a couple of good properties in mind and I am ready to take that step.
