My mom has an owner financed MH and they have only paid 2 years out of there 20 year mortgage to her and now they can’t pay. How expensive and how long will it take her to foreclose on them in NC??? Any help is great
I don’t know about NC, in Texas it cost me $1400 for a lawyer to take care of everything. Talk to a Real Estate Attorney, consultation is usually free.
Offer a few hundred to get them out ASAP. Pay when they leave. I’ll bet she’ll have more money to spend on rehab unfortunately.
