I live in Texas and have a home that I am trying to sell. I have a potential buyer who wants me to finance it. I know very little about forms, or how to go about it. I am asking about 50K and expect to get 10-15% down, and probably around 10% interest for 10 years or so. It is also listed with a real estate agent - will they help with this, or am I on my own? Thanks for any advice or help on necessary forms.
The agent should be able to get the contract done and the title co. will do everything else.
