Being most new investors and even seasoned investors spend more than half their time and money on prospecting for sellers and buyers, and moving forward more than 80 percent of the people are finding their homes online.
The investors who are changing with the times are the ones who will be succesful, share your thoughts an what you are currenty doing for your outsourcing.
If you don’t have a system in place you might as well be working for somebody that does. lol
Seriously, you can us CL to hire everybody that you need to get what you need done. All that you have to do is train them to do the things that you want them to do. It usually does not take more than 2 days to show them how to screen calls or put up signs for you.
Once this is rolling and everybody is getting paid, you set back and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
