Dear all!
Where could we move production to in order to reduce the filming cost for the feature film industrial shots - factory, or power plant, etc. You know, with the world crisis the part of the budget is gone. we cannot build the set 
Central Louisiana is a great place to film. There have been several films mad there so the populace is great for extras. The landscape is not overused and can not be readily identified and it is cheap. I am talking about the Natchitoches Shreveport area.
You could get some great free shots of Chernobyl. I hear they have some fairly decent power plants there that you could film.
