Does anyone have a copy of a OPTION TO PURCHASE contract that has an assignable clause in it,or know where i can get one from? I wholesale in Pa… :help :help
I’m not a lawyer, and I don’t play one on TV, but I think contracts are assignable unless explicitly prohibited in the contract.

Was interested in this question, because I have heard about these, and did not know where to get them. Needless to say, some researching, found a place that has a link on this realty dictionary website, and its about $15 a contract. Not sure if that’s good or if you were looking for free forms, but its a start, perhaps a last resort. gl
