Is this Florida price boom still going on?

I was going to buy a home in clermont 2 years ago for $160 it is now 250

Is it still a good time to get a pre construction home there and does anyone here know of any decent builders in the lake county area?

I am actually looking to get a property to move into and another to buy and flip once built.

You should do some research on that first. Just because a home is worth more today than it was a few years ago, does not mean the same growtch is going to continue. Previous Gains never mean future results. That is the most important rule in any investments.
