What exactly are you looking for? Estimates? Advice? Worker-bees?

Please be a little more specific!

advise on what order to do everything

Ah…OK - here’e how I’d do it…opinions and actual mileage may vary…

—outside—

(1) small foundation work
(2) new breaker boxes(and a little rewiring)
(3) paint all outside, replace rotted wood
(4) landscapping

(3) and (4) could go in either order or simultaneously. You want to do the foundation first (so that you don’t screw up work you’ve already done) and the landscaping last (so that you don’t trample your plantings paining, etc.)

—inside—
replace 2 windows
new sheetrock in living
5 new doors
tile and countertops in kitchen
tile and sink in bathroom
texture walls
refinish hardwoods
new baseboards and crown molding in whole house
paint in every room
new fixtures-fans, door knobs, light fixtures, etc.

Inside and outside work can be simultaneously or may be weather dependent.

Obviously, you want to do any wiring/plumbing rough-in before sheetrock and painting…you might want to replace windows before painting the outside.

It’s mostly commonsense. Don’t do anything that would cause you to redo something you’ve already done!

If rehab, ask the lender that is lending you the money the stages. If you do not complete the statges, you do not get paid. Put it in thier phase.
