If people are buying and selling properties, then opportunities exist. In general, the FL market is being hit hard by a correction, and I don’t see it getting better any time soon. This isn’t a bad thing, as it motivates sellers.
I am located in orange county Florida as well maybe we can compare notes, the market seems to be doing well for me, thank you
