I’ve been listening to Legrand’s lease/option and option module. Options sound great… Are any of you guys doing this and how well are you doing with it? It seems easy to convice someone to give you an option on a house if you don’t even take it off the market.
You’re right. Overall, Pure Options are a relatively easy way to break into this biz. They are a low risk technique, and offer a nice profit possibility in exchange. And they are probably the easiest deals to come by, since the homeowner is in a nothing-to-lose position in you use non-exclusive options.
aj, what is the non exclusive option? is that where the home owner can still sell the property even though you have the option on the property.
