I saw somewhere on the forum, that delendon had mentioned that we could use an option contract to tie up a property to wholesale flip to an investor. Would that work in Texas as well, and if so, could you show me where to find the forms

Be sure to have the option agreement reviewed by your attorney before you use them to make sure they are valid in your state. Using a service like pre-paid legal can be an inexpensive way to have your contracts checked before using them in your state as well as making sure you are in compliance with other laws.
