Option contracts in wholesaling?

Hey everyone,

I have heard some investors talk about option contracts. Anyone ever do a wholesale deal with an option contract?

Absolutely. There’s nothing simpler than using a Pure Option agreement to get a deal under wraps quickly and without coming out of pocket to do so.

Yes, I have. Risk free and easy to get a homeowner to agree to.

Can you what type of forms are needed to perform an option contract. Also is the option contract just for deal with actual homeowners?

An option is a really simple one page doc. that explains everything you need to get the deal done. It is done all the time. Its really simple. :bobble
