I’m fairly new to real estate investing. I would like to maximize this first opportunity. My cousin has been prequalified for a $130K mortgage, she presently is living in a rented house and wants to purchase her own house in a different location. She has been looking around with a realtor. I would like to offer her the best possible deal that would cut down on her home buying process, save her some money 0 down possibly and make as much as possible for myself. I’m open to the best creative options.
