Has anyone had any success using these companies that advertise “se their money” o find and fund properties? The idea is you find it and submit it and if they like it you get a finders fee and a portion of the resale profit. Of course, there is the obligatory "training you have to pay for. You know what they say, if it sounds to good to be true…
