Opinions on minimum credit score for L/O

Hello all,

Just wondering what would be an acceptable Minimum credit score (I would be the tenant/buyer). I have $15k cash, but no other assets other than my $800 a week Just Over Broke.

Well that depends on what you are looking for, what are the details?

3 bedroom, 2 bath, preferably brick, built after 1950, with a detached garage. Needs a decent porch in front or else a deck in the back. (Can be one of those postage stamp backyards though.)

Main problem is my health and the need to move to a hot, dry climate due to bronchitis. San Diego is my ONLY option, Vegas, Arizona, and New Mexico are out - and its going to be a real uphill battle finding something out there - unless I make the big bucks doing REI.
