I have a question. When you have a property under contract and you open escrow, do you open up a 2nd escrow for the end buyers assignment fee? For instance I have a property under contract for $250K and my assignment fee is $10K. Do I open separate escrows?
Have your buyer sign your Assignment of contract for $10,000
Have your buyer start escrow with your sellers signed purchase agreement and your assignment.
