Are you looking for a way to check up on tennants? Because I need to refine my methods in that area a bit myself. I need to figure out how to handle Lower end/income tenannt backround checks, what to look for, what to put up with as far as bad marks, etc etc.
Primarily, I’d like to use it to screen potential tenants. I’m trying to prevent problems before they happen. I agree with the lower income.
