What has changed about rei in the last year or so that I should know about before I go putting up bandit signs and looking for sellers? Can anyone point me to some good posts etc? How does the banks stalling all these foreclosures impact potential sellers? Thanks. Steve

But if you want to question asked here, you have to be a little bit more detailed with your questions. So you are looking to put out bandit signs, that’s fine just go out and do it. Usually stepping out of the house to complete a 50 bandit sign run is exhausting enough to stop people dead in their tracks. persistence is everything in this business. :bobble
