Ok..my first eviction...where do I start in the state of Ohio

funny thing, it was not the college students, but a couple in their 60’s!! loud music, fighting…lol

Call your local LL and ask for a recommendation. Evictions are pretty straightforward, but the cost of a quick court date is precision. If you do not fill out all the forms correctly and follow the procedures exactly, you will have to start all over. The attorney will be cheaper than a month delay. Take notes and ask questions. Next time you can do it yourself.

go to the magistrates office and useually they will have a packet and information they can give you to walk you through step by step. they cant give legal advice but they can give you all the correct paperwork and help you fill it out
