I know its not Ideal, but is making a phone offer totally taboo?
I’d always prefer to get eyeball to eyeball with the seller, but the telephone is very effective to generate interest to a point that you’re just meeting to visit and do paperwork. Can an entire transaction be done over the telephone wire? Yes. Is it tough to do? Yes.
By all means develop telephone skills, just be familiar with want you desire to accomplish with every call. Once you meet your objective, get off!!
