No, because you are actually making your purchase from a bank or mortgage lender who knows a approved loan is necessary to buy thier property.
They have no time to play with these, they need to get them off there books.
Why not just get a standard pre approval letter? Or if you have issues with your credit, get an investor to get the pre approval and split any profit.
