Offer Accepted! Now what?

When doing a short sell and the bank accepts the offer then what? Do you have to have financing available in order to purchase the property?

How are you guys getting rid of these properties? I am basically looking for exit strategies.

You actually should have your exit strategy in place before you start negotiating the short sale. Basically you can close or find a buyer and try a double close. Having buyers in place is a good thing before you start.

At this point, you may have to start calling “We buy houses” ads.
