For awhile now i have been interested in getting into real estate investing in New York. My planned angle of entry was pre foreclosure homes however it seems everyone has the notion that the New york market is too inflated to do a win win deal. Does anyone have any input on that? As a newbie what approach do you suggest i use to enter into the current market? Also what will be the best way to get a good Mentor in the area?
But you can buy that same 3/2 in Buffalo NY for like 15K! So not all of NY is inflated!
