Nu-Way Real Estate course

Hello All

A friend of mine came across this company Nu-Way Real estate and asked me what I thought of them. Well I never heard of them but did read the material they recieved in the mail for $40…Was interesting…but there is a $5000 investment to get aboard with them.

Their niche is you use all their money to buy properties. You just find them, they do all the work, as long as the property will make at least 20% profit they pretty much will buy it. If it turns out to be a dud then they eat it, not you.
They pay you 1% of the purchase price within 7days of the close (this way you can get your initial investment back in 2 deals in most markets) and then based on the ROI you get 20%-35% of the profits. Realistic figures is 10-20K per deal on the back end plus the 1% of the purchase and if your a realtor with the listening, they will list you as the realtor sweetening the deal with the 3% commisson more, plus a 5% commission on the back end for extra.
It all sounds interesting, they teach you with phone and internet coaching for 4weeks, 1hr week how to find and invest in everything, rehab, foreclosure, preconstruction, condo conversion, etc…

So what do you think, it wouldnt be to bad just to add some more passive income on deals I could not close because of funding…Better than an assignment fee really…

So looking for some feedback on this company and program…My only advantage is I am active in REI now but deal with just certain areas because of my market.

It looks like a Nu Way to lose $5000.

No, it’s a pretty old, established way…LOL

I don’t think is a bad idea, just go ahead and try it. It seems that your investment will be returning back in two deals. Though before you get into it, I will suggest as to get as much information you can about this RE company and the way they make their legal arrangements pertaining payments to their Nu-way investors. See if you could talk or find one of their investors/agents and see if they ever had any problems with their paybacks after the 7th sale day. If it’s not possible then research their info and their name on the net or fraudulent departments. Remember that you want to get your money back at all costs and you want to deal with a legit company.
