So I’ve slowy begun positioning myself to enter the REI field slowly. I’ve done my research, created my LLC, started on a website. I really haven’t been marketing myself at all besides a few websites. I haven’t even got my order of business cards back yet. My web site is about 10% completed. I’ve posted a few ads on postaroo saying I’m out here so people will know. My business plan isn’t even completed to the point I would let someone look at it. I think everything is going smooth until this morning I am awake by a phone call. I don’t answer because I do not recoginze the number. I get a voicemail. Half asleep I listen to it and the boom it hits me. It’s a woman that saw my ad, went to my website and and wants to speak to me about a house. I’m completely surprised I would get interest so soon.
What am the world am I suppose to say to this woman…? How do you all approach people that have approached you… How do you all transition from a business approach to a personal approach…
