I just received an updated list of properties in Colorado(my first one). I can see the property address, name of barrower, name of lender, original loan amount, current loan ammount, lawyer who filed the notice and the date the loan was taken out.
I know this is for “Public Trust” but, is this a forclosure notice. Do any of you use this list? Just wondering how to take full advantage of this list. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
