Does anyone have any knowledge of Northern Nevada Real Estate? I am knew at this, but I researched this area, looking for my second house and was amazed at the market. A lot of new construction.
The market value on my townhouse doubled in 2 years. I’m looking to sell it, but am considering a lease option.
After I figure out what to do with my existing property and purchase the new one, I would like to make real estate investing a hobby and then a major lifestyle change. (Apx. 30 days)
In the mean time, I would like guidance from other investors, but it seems most of you are from Texas, Florida, etc.
I am familiar with your views of REI Clubs, I intend to go to the next meeting…So far this is the most comprehensive website I have found and have learned the most from, although this only my second post.
I know a lot of people are moving out here from California, I would like some ideas on how to market to them, also.
