Can anyone here recommend a closing attorney in North Carolina that can do double closings. I have called quite a few and few can just do contract assignments. Is this even legal to do in this state?
I’m not from NC, however I’m looking to get into that market, so I can only suggest that you try the REIA clubs out there. Link up with other investors and ask them for attorney references. Call the NC “we buy homes signs”, and ask the wholesalers what attorney/s that they use. Let me know how you make out.
