Looking for a NOO refi from 70-80% LTV with bad credit, around 550. Any lender willing to do this in Texas, if so, what rate?

Depends on property type, documentation, number of mortgage lates, loan amount, etc.

Expect a rate starting around 9%

What about if I have a co-signor with 750 credit? Will that work?

You can refi with a 550 up to 80%.

You can try to add a cosigner, but you can get the ltv you need at your current fico so I con’t see much of a need unless you really need the payment lower. What you do is up to you. As loan officers we just work for you to put together a loan you are happy with.
